The total contact price stated on the invoice is based upon the specific service outlined therein. If you find any errors, please notify Proway Tours and Charters at once for a revised Invoice to be issued.
If you make any changes to the itinerary and/or you exceed the amount of time on which the quote/confirmation is based, the customer agrees to pay any additional charges at the prevailing tariff rates. (Rate to be discussed)
Unless otherwise stated in the quote/confirmation, all applicable fees, such as tolls, parking, admission and taxes are not included in the price quoted or confirmed.
A deposit of 10% (or $125.00 minimum for schoolbus, van & minibus = $250.00 for the coach) is required 30 days prior to confirm your reservation and the balance to be paid 7 days prior to departure.
100% Cancelation Charge: It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Proway Tours and Charters of a cancellation 72 hours (minimum) prior to trip departure. (Weather cancellations must be a minimum of 12 hours prior to departure.) Failure to notify us will result in a cancellation fee of 10% charge ($125.00 minimum for schoolbus, van & minibus = $250.00 for the coach) will be made for each bus ordered cancelled 7 to 3 days prior to departure; 50% charge if cancelled 48 hours to 24 hours prior to departure; 100% charge if cancelled on day of departure.
All property will be handled at the passenger's own risk. Proway Tours and Charters will not be responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
All damages or "special cleaning" fees caused by passengers will be assessed by Proway Tours and Charters and will be charged to the customer, if deemed necessary. (A minimum of $300.00 damage deposit is required on all NFL and NHL bus charters.)
Driver's hours of duty must comply with the Federal, Provincial or U.S. Rules and Regulations. Specific equipment and/or drivers cannot be guaranteed.
Law strictly prohibits smoking and alcohol consumption on board any Proway Tours and Charters vehicles.
